This is a personal choice list. I'm going by characters I think it would be really cool to see in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, through the movies or TV. There is one character on the list that has kind of been confirmed, but not confirmed like the way I want to see him, but I figure given the contexts of his reveal, we will see this character soon in this form anyway, but I'll post him in the list none the less. If you've seen my lists before, you know he is already number ten. Also, I am not including characters from the Fantastic Four and X-Men franchise. Let's begin.
WARNING possible spoilers WARNING
It is very likely this... character.... will appear in the Marvel Universe, hence why he is so low. Thunderbolts are in talks of being a TV series, Civil War is coming which Civil War boosted the Thunderbolts, and his original self, Baron Zemo, WILL be in Civil War, this just makes Citizen V a likely candidate to crop up. While others have taken the mantle of Citizen V, the original was the German Hydra agent Baron Zemo. Again, Baron Zemo is confirmed to be in the movie Civil War, so yeah.
Well if he ever shows up, it will be somewhat later unless the league of evil or Thunderbolts invites him. I know Iron Man 2 had several references to him, but the Whiplash that showed up in the movie appeared in the comics first (though was still based around both Whiplash and Crimson Dynamo) so there is a chance here, and if Iron Patriot doesn't show up again, Dynamo here could make a decent evil Iron Man for the Thunderbolts. Though if Hydra and A.I.M. are working together, then it is possible that Baron will make an Iron Man suit, the question is, will it be Crimson Dynamo on his team?
If Scott Lang does become Giant Man eventually, then the Thunderbolts will need their own Giant Man. Originally the villain Goliath, we ALREADY KNOW that Hydra has access to some interesting particles from the Ant Man movie. This actually boosts his odds of being seen eventually. It would be amazing to see giants battling in New York or anywhere else, so yeah, let's make this happen.
Since the cartoon has ruined this character, I'd personally love to see him in a movie or TV show. That being said, the odds are actually somewhat slim at this point, as the Thunderbolts or Masters of Evil have a few Hulk like foes to pick from it seems like. Red Hulk is already all but confirmed and Abomination is also hinted at making a come back eventually. With all this, and no solo Hulk movie in the works, A-Bomb is just going to have to take a back seat.
From an armor suit that Spider-Man use to wear, Prodigy took on a life of his own as an overly cocky jock super hero. Prodigy is kind of a part of Civil War, and could show up, but with no rumors or anything, it may be somewhat slim. I don't know why, but I'm a fan of him, perhaps I just like cocky idiots making big statements, but if he doesn't crop up in Civil War anywhere, then he probably won't show up ever.
Songbird is awesome. Her power set is awesome and her story is cool. Former villain, she joined the Thunderbolts as Songbird, and began liking the idea of being a super hero. She is a main part of the team for a long time, even through Civil War, and both joins and fights Norman Osborn's Thunderbolts. She is also the longest running member of the Thunderbolts and is often appointed into a second in command leadership like role of the team.
Well this list just became larger then it needed to be. I couldn't choose between Spider-Gwen, Miles Morales, Flash Thompson Venom, then I thought of Spider-Girl and Spider-Woman (Ultimate preferably), then I thought of the Scarlet Spiders (Ben Riley and Kaine). The odds of us seeing all these guys is kind of small, but Venom (Flash Thompson) isn't probably too unlikely, and Miles Morales' parents have a cameo in Daredevil from what I've read and heard. I wouldn't mind seeing any of the Spider-Family, from Iron Spider, to Superior Spider-Man, to 2099, I'm a huge Spider-Man fan.
With the ability to copy moves from other heroes, he is a swiss army knife of a villain. Masters of Evil or Thunderbolts could use him, but I'm not sure if he is more Avengers or more Deadpool. Either way, Zemo could use him to train new recruits for the Thunderbolts. He'd probably look like this incarnation of the character, but hopefully work like the one we all know and love. Again, not sure who has the rights for him, but he'd be awesome none the less.
Considering we will see a lot more of Asgard in the next Thor movie, expect this beast to show up. Hell he may have an infinity gem behind him. There was even a cameo of his world in the last Thor movie. his fight would be awesome and the set up could be really great too if done right. We will see.
Became the leader of the Thunderbolts after Zemo, began the dark reign, took the Iron Patriot suit, is the Green Goblin, Norman is an awesome character, and even if we don't see him in Civil War or the greater Marvel universe, seeing him face Spider-Man with the Marvel Cinematic twist would be awesome. What would be cooler is if he is already in the universe. He joins the Thunderbolts as the Green Goblin under Citizen V, then during Infinity Wars, he gains access to Iron Man's suit, Zemo is killed by Thanos, and Dark Reign is Phase 4. Just a hope but it would be awesome.
